I’m reading about a young rapper in India who’s trying to gain admission to Delhi University through his rap skills. I guess schools there hold auditions each year to gain admission under the ECA (extra curricular activities) quota, and this kid is facing the older generation’s prejudice against hip-hop compared to older forms of music?
